I am an experienced project manager who worked in well established PMOs as well as startups. I mainly focused on building out new PMOs and process improvement. I worked on client facing side also managing customer success teams. I see a huge lack of emotional intelligence which is hindering the relationships with clients and internal teams. This is why AppyYo was created to understand the client and their needs and to provide them support in this digital transformation journey. AppyYo helps companies review their processes to change their reviews and become successful companies.

Innovation Lab App Development & Go-to-Market
The main objective of this project is to take apps from Appy.yo’s Innovation Lab — where early-stage development has already begun — and help bring them live to market . Students will work on finalizing features, testing functionality, and ensuring technical readiness, while also supporting go-to-market activities such as market research, user feedback collection, branding, and launch planning. The goal is to bridge the gap between prototype and real-world product launch , giving students experience across both the technical build and the business strategy required to make an app successful. By contributing to development and launch readiness, students will directly impact the rollout of digital solutions designed to help small and medium-sized businesses.
AI & Machine Learning for Innovation Lab Apps
The goal of this project is to apply AI and machine learning to selected apps within Appy.yo’s Innovation Lab. Students will explore how to integrate intelligent features—such as personalized recommendations, automated workflows, or smart data analysis—into our apps. 👉 AI/ML could be applied to Cookful (predicting recipes from fridge items), Physio App (generating safe routines), Rolodex (intelligent contact matching), eGift (personalized gift suggestions), Poste (content filtering), FlexyGig (matching jobs to workers), or WeVibe (sentiment tracking).
UI/UX Design for Innovation Lab Apps
The goal of this project is to enhance the user experience and interface design of apps developed in Appy.yo’s Innovation Lab. Students will conduct user research, create wireframes, build interactive prototypes, and test usability to ensure our apps are intuitive, engaging, and accessible. 👉 Students may contribute to apps such as Cookful (a smart recipe platform), Physio App (injury-aware fitness tool), Rolodex (intelligent contact database), eGift (digital gifting platform), Poste (community bulletin app), FlexyGig (gig matching platform), or WeVibe (team culture and engagement app).
Fitness and Physio App Development
The main goal for the project is to develop a fitness and physio app that incorporates physiotherapy and fitness into a daily routine. The app should allow users to stretch specific muscles and exclude injuries. Physiotherapists should be able to use the app to build routines, while people can use it on a daily basis to stretch specific muscles.
